ShopeePay vouchers are vouchers that you can apply while making a payment to an offline merchant.

To find your ShopeePay vouchers

From your ShopeePay Wallet page, Select ShopeePay Near Me page then Select My Vouchers and you vouchers can be found there.

Redeeming ShopeePay vouchers

To redeem a ShopeePay voucher, scan the ShopeePay merchant's QR code > Fill in the amount before discount > Select Voucher > Select the relevant ShopeePay voucher > Select Pay Now.

⚠️Note

ShopeePay vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, and any unused balance will not be refunded.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot redeem the voucher, try the following:

1. Refresh your Shopee App and try scanning the ShopeePay merchant QR code again.
2. Top up your ShopeePay if there is an insufficient balance.
