1. To determine if your order is eligible for a change of delivery address/collection point, please go to the Me tab on Shopee App > Select To Ship under My Purchases > Select the order you wish to change delivery address/collection point > Look for CHANGE button beside Delivery Address. Once you locate the CHANGE button, proceed to select CHANGE > Select the address/collection point you wish to change to > Select Confirm.
2. If you require a change to a new address that is not saved in your account, you can Add a new address in the Address Selection page > Enter your New Address > Select SUBMIT > Select your New Address > Select Confirm.
3. If your desired collection point is not within the suggested collection points, you may select Choose Another Collection Point > Select Search Bar > Enter your preferred collection address/point or shop name > Select Collection address/point or shop name from Search Result > Select your preferred Collection point from Search Result > Select your Collection point > Select Confirm to add your new Collection Point > Select your new Collection point > Select Confirm.
4. Alternatively, If you see the word COPY in your order details, this means that your order is not eligible for a change of delivery address due to the following possibilities:-
