You can change your ShopeePay PIN number via the Me tab > Select ShopeePay > Select ⚙ Setting icon > Select Change ShopeePay PIN > Fill in verification code and select Confirm> Enter new PIN number and Select Confirm.

The change should take effect immediately and you can use your new ShopeePay PIN number for your next transaction.

⚠️Note

1. You will not be able to change your ShopeePay PIN number if you have taken any of these actions within the last 24 hours:
2. Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN for more than 5 times 
3. Using a new device to log in to your Shopee account
4. Adding a new phone number or bank card
5. In addition, if we observe suspicious activity with your account, you will also be unable to change your ShopeePay PIN for security purposes.
