[ShopeePay] How do I reactivate a disabled ShopeePay account?

Your ShopeePay account may be disabled due to the following reasons:


  1. We received a request to disable your ShopeePay account because of a lost or stolen mobile phone.
  2. Your account has been flagged for suspicious activities. 
  3. Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN number and/or Shopee account password for 3 times within half an hour will disable your account temporarily for 30 minutes. 
  4. Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN number and/or Shopee account password up to 5 times within 24 hours will cause your account to be permanently disabled.
