If you have received a bill for full payment, it may be because your application to pay by credit card installment is still being processed. It usually takes up to 14 working days to process a new credit card installment payment.
To confirm if your credit card installment payment is being processed, you should check that Credit Card Installment was selected as your payment method.
To check if you have selected Credit Card Installment as payment option, Go to the Me tab > Select View Purchase History > Select the relevant order > Select Payment Method on the Order Details page.
Depending on when you received your bill, you should take one of these actions:
If your bill payment due date is earlier than 14 working days from the date of purchase, pay the minimum amount due for the month. Your bill should reflect the credit card installment payment the next month.
If your bill was dated later than 14 working days after your date of purchase, you can contact our Live agent via chat feature on the Shopee App.
