[Order Tracking] What should I do if the pickup for my order is unsuccessful?

If the pickup for your order was unsuccessful, it will be shown under the delivery status of your order via the Order Details page on the Shopee App. You can contact the seller directly via Shopee Chat to arrange for a new pickup.

  

If the seller does not rearrange for pickup or ship your order within the stipulated time frame, our system will automatically cancel your order, and we will proceed to refund you accordingly.

If the seller requires more time to ship your order, you can proceed to extend your Shopee Guarantee.
