You can report an inappropriate product by following these steps:

Via Shopee App

In Shopee App, go to the product’s page > Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner > Select Report this product > Select your reason for reporting the product > Fill in your report description > Select Report

Via Shopee Website

On the Shopee Website, go to the product’s page > Select Report this product > Select your reason for reporting the product > Fill in your report description > Click on Send Report.

⚠️ Note 

1. Shopee will follow up with alleged users to provide any supporting documents needed for the product. 
2. There is no specific time frame for action to be taken on the reported product.
3. We may contact you if we require further evidence.
4. We will not disclose any information regarding actions taken to any party.
