To track your overseas order, Go to To Ship or To Receive under My Purchases in the Shopee App > Select the shipment status of your order > View all shipping updates.

Please be advised that the tracking status of your order may take between 24 to 48 hours to be updated by our logistics partners. If you require immediate tracking of your order, we recommend that you directly contact the seller through Shopee Chat.

⚠️ Note

1. Starting from July 12th, 2022, the Standard Economy option will no longer be available for overseas orders to ensure better trackability.
2. For orders placed before July 12th, 2022 using the Standard Economy option, they will not be trackable and may be delivered to your letterbox via SingPost Normal Mail.
