[Order Cancellation] Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by submitting a cancellation request. To do so, select Cancel Order on the Order Details page > Select Cancellation Reason > Confirm to submit. 

Buyers can only submit one cancellation request for every order. If your cancellation request is rejected or withdrawn, you will not be able to submit another request for the same order.

 

Cancellation works differently for different types of orders: 

 

1. Orders without pre-order

  1. Cancellation can be done instantly at any time before shipment is arranged by the seller. 
  2. All cancellation requests made after the seller has arranged the shipment will be subject to the seller’s approval.

 

2. Orders with pre-order

  1. Seller's approval is required for order cancellation requests, regardless of whether a shipment has been arranged. 
  2. After your request is submitted, the seller has to respond within 2 days. If they fail to do so, the order will be automatically canceled by our system and you will be refunded accordingly based on your payment method.


Checking cancellation request status

To check the status of your cancellation request, select View Cancellation Details for the order via My Purchases 

 

If you no longer wish to cancel the order, select Withdraw Request > Select Confirm. 

 

⚠️ Note

  1. Sellers are allowed to reject cancellation requests for orders that have been packed/arranged for shipment.
  2. If necessary, you may discuss with the seller directly via Shopee Chat or raise a return/refund request after you receive your order.
  3. Refunds will be processed automatically upon successful cancellation.
