[Buyer Basics] What if I have wrongly transferred funds or been overcharged by Shopee?

If you have wrongly transferred any funds to our bank account, or if you suspect that your card has been wrongly charged for an order by Shopee, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Team with the proof of payment or up-to-date bank statement for us to investigate.

 

For failed transactions using credit/debit card payment, the funds will be returned to your card within 7 to 14 working days.
