[NinjaVan] What is Authorised to Leave (ATL) Delivery?

Authorised to Leave (ATL) is a feature that allows you to opt for Ninja Van to leave your parcels at a safe place if you are not at home for contactless delivery.

 

You can enable ATL through NinjaChat or email, and indicate your preference for Ninja Van to leave the parcel at a safe place, with a neighbour, or the building concierge.

 

To enable one-time ATL delivery via NinjaChat:

Subscribe to NinjaChat at https://sns.ninjavan.co/ and choose a messaging app to receive notifications for your order. 

 

Once you receive your order’s status update in the app, select Add Instructions for the order > choose Leave at Safe Place or Leave with Neighbour or Concierge > indicate your safe place or neighbour’s name and unit number.

 

 

Do note that order recipient's contact number must be the same as the app’s subscription account.

 

To enable one-time ATL delivery via email:

Select Track & Add Delivery Instructions from the email received > click Request for either Leave at safe place or Leave with neighbour or concierge > indicate your safe place or neighbour’s name and unit number.

 


To subscribe or unsubscribe for ATL delivery on all future orders: 

You will receive a Ninja Chat message upon successful delivery of your order. Tap on Account Settings > Delivery Preference > select Yes or No.

 

 

Shopee and Ninja Van will not be liable for any lost claim in cases where the buyer had opted for ATL delivery and when the Proof of Delivery is valid.
