Shopee Coins is the official reward points system on our platform. You can earn Shopee Coins by making purchases, participating in activities, and completing other tasks in the Shopee App.

For every 100 Shopee Coins earned, which is equivalent to S$1, you can use them to offset your transaction amount when making a purchase within the Shopee App.

⚠️Note

1. There are limits on the amount of Coins you can earn and use. 
2. Shopee Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.

You can use Shopee Coins for:

1. Orders on Shopee
2. Payments to ShopeePay merchants
3. Purchase of Digital Products (such as ShopeePay vouchers / My Deals vouchers)
4. Exchange of Shopee Prizes game items
5. Redemption of vouchers

To use Coins on these transactions, simply enable the Redeem Shopee Coins toggle before checking out. Here's an example of how it works when you buy items on Shopee:

For the exchange of Shopee Prizes game items, follow the instructions in each game.  

You don't need to accumulate a minimum amount of Coins before you can use them to lower your purchase expenses.

⚠️Note

Shopee Coins expire at the end of the third month from when they were earned. The month in which it was earned counts as the first month.

For example, coins earned anytime in the month of January 2021 will expire on 31 March 2021.
