To apply vouchers at checkout, look out for the voucher icons on the Shopping Cart page and select an applicable voucher that you have claimed.

⚠️Note

1. There is a limit to the number of vouchers that can be applied in a single checkout. 
2. You can use a maximum of 1 seller voucher, 1 free shipping voucher and 1 Shopee voucher for each checkout.

Applying seller (shop/product) vouchers

If you meet the conditions of the seller voucher, it will be automatically applied once you select the product in your cart for checkout.

However, If you have yet to meet the conditions, the seller voucher section will display the additional amount required before you can use the voucher. To view more applicable products, select the section > ADD MORE.

⚠️Note

The seller voucher section is not displayed for products with no applicable shop or product vouchers.

Applying Shopee and free shipping vouchers

To apply Shopee and/or free shipping voucher, select Shopee Voucher > select applicable voucher(s) > Tap OK.

⚠️Notes

1. Take note of the labels on the vouchers for the key requirements, such as ShopeePay Only, to ensure that you can successfully apply these vouchers.
2. All terms and conditions of the applied vouchers must be fulfilled.
3. If you have multiple Shopee vouchers to choose from, you can try them out to compare savings.
