To ensure all product reviews are of good quality and relevant to the product listing, Shopee hides or removes product reviews that contain text, images, or videos that are:

Hidden

1. Abusive, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Not relevant to the product or the service provided by the seller.
3. Upload screenshot images from Shopee product page and Chat Screenshot
4. Use excessive/repeated emojis, punctuation marks, words, or characters, which is considered spam.
5. Disclose voucher/discount code
6. Unauthorized promotion (Promoting another platform)

Removed

1. Misleading reviews (Give false statement about Product & Seller’s service)
2. Disclose personal details of the other party (Real name, Contact Number & Address)
3. Buyer has been refunded

Honest and accurate product reviews provide useful information and can help other shoppers make a purchase decision.

Each quality review is rewarded with: 

1. 7 coins for a review with text, image and a video.
2. 5 coins for a review with text, image or video.
