There are three elements in a product review:

1. Text
2. Image (up to 5 per review)
3. Video (1 per review, from 3 to 60 seconds)

Images or videos provide a higher quality of product review that can help potential buyers during their purchase, as they show what the product is like in real life. You can capture an image or video directly using the Shopee App, or upload them from your photo album.

Here are some guidelines to take note of when creating a quality product review:

DO’s:

1. Include image(s) or video(s) of actual product received. Showcase the product from different angles to help give other buyers a clearer visual representation of the product.
2. Write a truthful review based on your experience with the product and/or seller’s service.
3. Provide detailed feedback about the product (quality, quantity, packaging) and/or seller’s service (shipping, attitude, customer service). You can share information about whether the product met your expectations or how well it matches the product description on the listing.
4. Use respectful language.  

DON’Ts:

1. Use language or media that are offensive.
2. Use language or media that are irrelevant to the product or seller’s service.
3. Upload blank/blacked out images or videos that are irrelevant to the product

Any reviews that do not adhere to product review guidelines will be removed by Shopee and any coins given will be withdrawn from the buyer.
