You can track the delivery status of your J&T Express parcel in your Shopee app or via the J&T Express tracking site at https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel.

To check your delivery status in the app, follow these steps:

1. Go to Me > Select To Receive.

2. Select the order that you want to track. 3. Click on Shipping Information.

4. Your order status will be reflected under Shipping Information.
