Seller Missions Terms and Conditions


1. Seller Missions Program is a program organized by Shopee for Sellers where Sellers can participate in completing several missions and receive prizes in accordance with these  terms and conditions (“Seller Missions Program”). The following are the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Seller Missions program, which are determined by Shopee from time to time.


Mission” means one or more missions that must be completed by the Seller, as published on the Seller Mission program page.


“Reward” is one or more benefits that can be obtained by a Seller who completes the missions listed on the Seller Missions program page.


2. The following is the mechanism of the Seller Missions program:

  1. Sellers can access the Seller Missions menu either through the Shopee App platform or Seller Centre. On the start page of the menu, the Seller can see the missions that the Seller can complete. Each Seller can have different missions depending on the status of the Seller.
  2. The Seller must complete 5 (five) missions to unlock other missions. The maximum number of missions that can be seen by the Seller at one time is 10 (ten) missions.
  3. Sellers can only complete and claim the mission completion reward once for each mission.
  4. Any mission completion and use of the rewards earned by the Seller are subject to Shopee Policies.


3. Shopee has the right to suspend and/or terminate the Seller Missions program if Shopee finds any indication of fraud or abuse by program participants. In the event that Shopee finds indications of fraud or abuse by program participants that harm Shopee, Shopee reserves the right to change, add, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification to the User.
