[Digital Products] Why did my vouchers order status change to "Completed" when I have not redeemed or used them?
Orders for vouchers are automatically marked as completed after 45 days. This will not affect the validity period of the E-vouchers that have yet to be redeemed.
You may check the validity period of vouchers by selecting Digital Purchases via the Me tab on Shopee App > Select Completed > Select an E-voucher > Go To Redeem > Check validity period.
