Collection Points is an initiative by Shopee’s own logistic service that allows users to collect parcels at their convenience from selected stores/residential points.
You can find the available Collection Points here depending on your shipping address.
To choose Self-Collection as a shipping option, go to the Checkout page, select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > Select a Collection Point > Verify address > Select CONFIRM.

To choose another Collection Point, on the Checkout page, select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > Select Choose Another Collection Point > Enter address to search for Collection Points > Select CONFIRM> Select Place Order.
For parcel collection, you will be notified to collect the parcel via Whatsapp/SMS and push notification. You will receive a PIN that can be found in your Whatsapp/SMS or Order Details page on the Shopee App that is required for parcel collection.
To find your PIN in the Shopee App you can go to Me tab > Select To Receive > Select your order > PIN code can be found in the details section.
An example of PIN can be found via SMS.

⚠️Note
Kindly note that if your parcel remains uncollected for 3 days, SPX Express will retrieve the parcel from the Collection Point and the parcel will be returned to the sender.
