[Chat] How do I chat with sellers?

You can chat with your sellers by selecting Chat from their shop page.



Alternatively, you can look out for the Chat icon on various pages within the Shopee App.


Buyers usually contact sellers to ask about products, the shop, their order status or to offer a different price for products.



Troubleshooting

If you're unable to send messages to the seller, try the following:

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection on your phone
  2. Update the Shopee App to the latest version
  3. Register your phone number on Shopee App 

 

If the above troubleshooting methods do not work, you may have trouble contacting the seller due to:

  1. Seller's account has been banned
  2. Seller has blocked your account

 

If you cannot contact the seller, feel free to reach out to our live agent for assistance using the chat feature on the Shopee App for further assistance. To do so, go to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee.
