You may use the Gallery or Camera options during a chat with a seller or contact to share images and videos, which can be a valuable tool for demonstrating the status of your orders or seeking information about similar products.

To send an image/video saved in your mobile device, Select the relevant chat recipient > Click on (+) > Select Gallery > Select image/video > Select Next > Select Send.

To send an image/video captured live with your phone,  Select the relevant chat recipient > Click on (+) > Select Camera > Select Photo or Video > Capture image/video > Select Send.

⚠️Note

1. Videos sent via Chat are limited to a maximum file size of 30MB.
2. Video duration must be between 1 to 180 seconds (3 minutes).
3. When selecting from Gallery, a maximum of 9 files (image/video) can be sent.
