Free Shipping Vouchers are renewed and distributed every month. One Free Shipping Voucher will be automatically added to your Voucher Wallet on the first day of every month, and you are able to claim additional free shipping vouchers. Any unused Free Shipping Voucher will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

You may also claim Free Shipping Vouchers via the homepage by selecting Free Shipping Vouchers and then clicking on the Claim button. 

To check your Free Shipping Vouchers, you can go to My Vouchers by selecting it from the Shopee homepage.

⚠️ Note

1. To be eligible for shipping discounts set by Shopee, you will need to manually claim and apply the Free Shipping Vouchers.
2. For single checkouts, Free Shipping Vouchers can only apply to a maximum of 3 shops and are capped at a $2.99 discount per shop.
