To unlink your bank account, you may follow the steps below:

At Me page > Scroll down and select Account Settings > Select Linked Payment Methods > Select your linked bank account that you wish to remove > Select Unlink

1. What should I do if I encounter an error while unlinking my bank account?

1. For DBS bank holders, if you encounter an error page as shown below, please reach out to Shopee Customer Service to unlink your bank account.

2. For other bank holders, please try again later or contact your bank for further instruction to unlink.
