[Order Protection] How do I check the remaining Shopee Guarantee period for my order?

The exact number of days within the Shopee Guarantee period depends on the shop type where you make your orders from.

 

Order is not shipped or delivered

If your order is not yet shipped or delivered, you may check your Shopee Guarantee period for your order in the Order Status section of your Order Details Page.

 

Under Me Page > Select "To Ship" if order is not shipped, or "To Receive" if order is shipped but not delivered > Select the order to check on Shopee Guarantee period > Click the expected delivery date shown in Order Status section.

 

 

⚠️Note

  1. Actual title in the Order Status section may vary according to the order status.
  2. For orders made under integrated channels (Shopee supported logistics), Shopee Guarantee will not expire before it is delivered. 

 

Order has been delivered

If your order has been delivered, you may check your Shopee Guarantee period for your order in both the Shopee Guarantee Panel and Order Status section of your Order Details Page.

 

Go to Me Page > Select "To Receive" > Select the order to check on Shopee Guarantee period > Click the expected delivery date shown in Order Status section or directly on Shopee Guarantee panel.

 

 

⚠️Note

Actual title in Shopee Guarantee panel may vary based on the type of delivery channel.
