The Quality Check (QC) performed by the Shopee Warehouse team for returned products may take between 3 to 5 working days. This is to ensure that returned products are in acceptable condition before the return/refund request can be approved. 

Depending on the results of the inspection, Shopee will either: 

1. Approve the refund request

The refund will be processed and issued based on the payment method used.

2. Reject the refund request

The product will be returned back to you.
