During the investigation, our agents may sometimes require buyers and sellers to provide further supporting documents within a specified time limit, so that they can better assess the case. After the supporting documents are received, Shopee will aim to resolve the issue within 3 to 5 working days.
We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate with each other directly to resolve any issues before raising a dispute.
