If your payment has been successfully processed, you should receive a notification via Shopee App.
Checking notifications Go to the Notifications tab > Order Updates and look for a notification titled Payment Confirmed.
To get notifications automatically, adjust your Notification settings. You should receive the notification soon after payment with automatic payment methods.
If you do not receive a notification after 24 hours on whether your payment was successful, you can contact Shopee Customer Service for a resolution.
