You may transfer funds using 5 of the methods provided below:

1. Mobile number
2. Username 
3. Ang Bao
4. Scan
5. Shopee chat

Transferring funds

Method 1 and 2 : Mobile number / Username

Select Transfer > Send to Contact > Fill in mobile number/username > Select suggestion > enter amount and Description (optional) > Select Virtual Card (optional) > Select CONFIRM > Select OK > Select Transfer Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN number

Method 3 : Ang Bao

You may send out ang bao by Select Transfer > Send Ang Bao > Select preferred ang bao distribution method (Random/Fixed Amount) > Enter Amount and Number of Recipients > Fill in description and select Ang Bao design (optional) > Select Next > Confirm transaction by clicking Next > Enter ShopeePay PIN number > Share Ang Bao link

Method 4 : Scan

Alternatively, Scan your contact's QR code or upload an image of it that they have shared.

⚠️Note

1. If you fill in a mobile number not linked to a ShopeePay account, the recipient has to confirm your transfer for it to be processed. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the funds will be refunded to you.

Method 5 : Shopee Chat

You can also transfer funds via ShopeePay from Shopee Chat.

Select chat icon > Select recipient > Select + > Select Transfer > Enter amount and Description (optional) > Select Virtual Card (optional) > Select CONFIRM > Select OK > Select Transfer Now > Enter ShopeePay PIN number

⚠️Note

1. Transfers cannot be undone unless you personally request for the funds from the recipient.
2. Grant contact list access to the Shopee App to find Shopee-user contacts easily on the ShopeePay transfer page.

To receive funds, you can ask them to :

1. Scan your QR code on the Request page
2. Upload an image of your shared QR code

Method 1 : Scan QR

Select Request > show it to your contact for scanning

Method 2 : Upload QR code

Select Request > Select Share > select your preferred option for sharing your QR code

Terms

1. Your ShopeePay account needs to be activated before you can transfer funds via ShopeePay.
2. You can transfer using funds from your Transferable Balance, which includes top-ups from local Debit cards, PayNow, eGiro, Transfers, Angbao received from other Shopeepay users, and Refunds for previously made payments that were paid by payment channels other than Shopeepay wallet.
