[Order Cancellation] How will I get my refund for cancelled orders?

We understand that sometimes orders can get cancelled and refunds need to be processed. In such situations, we make sure to initiate refunds immediately. However, the refund timeline can vary depending on the payment method used for your order. To help you better understand the timelines, please refer to the table below:-

You can expect to receive in-app notifications and email updates once your refund has been processed. To check for these notifications, simply head to the Order Updates section under the Notifications tab on the Shopee App.


⚠️Note

(i) For refund credited to ShopeePay:

  1. If you have yet to set up ShopeePay, you will be prompted to do so within 72 hours.
  2. If you did not set up ShopeePay after 72 hours, you will be prompted to add a bank account to receive your refund. Your refund will be credited to your bank account within 1 to 3 working days.
  3. The refund amount then can be used for future purchases or to be withdrawn.
