SingPost POPStation has a parcel weight limit of 30kg and maximum locker dimension of 42cm (width) by 37cm (height) by 61cm (depth).

Locker sizes available at SingPost POPStation:

1. Small: 42cm (w) x 10cm (h) x 61cm (d)
2. Medium: 42cm (w) x 23.5cm (h) x 61cm (d)
3. Large: 42cm (w) x 37cm (h) x 61cm (d)

If your parcel exceeds the maximum locker dimensions, continue to raise your Shopee Mall return/refund request in the Shopee App > Choose Self-Arrange as the shipping option > Contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for a courier to pick up the parcel from you > Input the shipping information provided by our Customer Service Team into the Return/Refund Details page > Click “Submit” and “Return in Progress” will be reflected on the page.
