If your phone is lost or stolen, you can disable your ShopeePay account temporarily by contacting our customer support.
If possible, you should also change your Shopee account password immediately via desktop or a trusted contact's mobile phone.
- To verify that it's you requesting for your ShopeePay account to be disabled, we'll check against your submitted verification details. However, if you do not have sufficient details saved within your Shopee account, we may be unable to proceed with your request.

- Your account will be reactivated in 3 working days upon review.
