After the seller hands over your parcel to the courier, your parcel will be in transit (Shipping), while the courier delivers your parcel to you. The Return/Refund button will be greyed out for the time being.
You can check your parcel’s expected delivery date at the top of your Order Details page.
The Return/Refund option will be made available when:
For orders delivered via non-Shopee Support Logistics channels, such as SingPost Normal Mail, Seller’s Own Fleet, and Other Logistics Providers, there might not be any last-mile tracking status for your order.
If your order status has not been updated as Delivered despite receiving your order, and you are unable to raise a Return/Refund request, contact our Customer Service Team with your Order ID for assistance.
