[Return Refund] Why can't I raise a return request?

After the seller hands over your parcel to the courier, your parcel will be in transit (Shipping), while the courier delivers your parcel to you. The Return/Refund button will be greyed out for the time being.

 

 

You can check your parcel’s expected delivery date at the top of your Order Details page.

 

 

The Return/Refund option will be made available when:

 

  1. Expected delivery date has passed, but you have yet to receive your parcel.
  2. Courier has delivered the parcel and the order status is updated to Delivered.

 

For orders delivered via non-Shopee Support Logistics channels, such as SingPost Normal Mail, Seller’s Own Fleet, and Other Logistics Providers, there might not be any last-mile tracking status for your order.

 

If your order status has not been updated as Delivered despite receiving your order, and you are unable to raise a Return/Refund request, contact our Customer Service Team with your Order ID for assistance.
