The purpose of Verification Code is to ensure the smooth delivery of parcel to customer If they are not at the address at the time of delivery, Ninja Van will try to call the customer who then may provide a 3 digit verification code to allow them to leave the item at a secure location as instructed by the customer. 

The buyer will receive a message from SMS/whatsapp. By providing the verification code to the NinjaVan driver, the buyer has authorized the driver to leave the parcel at a spot. Shopee and Ninja Van will not be liable for any lost claim in cases where buyer provided the code to the driver.
