Ninja Van’s Self-Collection Point, also known as Ninja Point, is a self-collection service that allows you to collect parcels at your own convenience.
Ensure that you have registered or updated your mobile number and email address with Shopee for updates on your self-collection requests.
To find products with Ninja Van self-collection service:
Search for any product on Shopee App > Select Filter > Select Ninja Van [Self Collection Point] > Select Apply > List of search results will be updated accordingly
To select a collection point during checkout, you will be able to choose from a list of shortlisted Ninja Van Collection Points depending on your delivery address.
During Checkout > Select Shipping Option > Ninja Van [Self Collection Point] > Add Collection Point + > Input details > Add Collection Point > Select location > Select Confirm > Location will be reflected > Select Confirm > Select Place Order

To collect your parcel using a Ninja Point
In the event that the chosen collection point is full, there are 2 possible outcomes:
If you do not receive the Collection PIN/OTP within 24 to 48 hours upon the parcel's arrival at the
collection point, please reach out to our Customer Support via Live Chat by going to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee.
In the case where your parcel is oversized, you will receive a request via SMS to provide your address details. The parcel will be delivered to the address you provided. If you do not respond to the request within 24 hours, the parcel will be returned to the seller.
Email and SMS reminders will be sent on the second day of parcel collection. If you are unable to collect your parcel within 2 working days from Ninja Point service, the parcel will be returned to the seller and you will be notified via email.
