Shopee Rewards Terms & Conditions


1. The Shopee Rewards Loyalty program offers 4 membership tiers as follows: "Classic”, “Silver”, “Gold” and “Platinum".

2. Shopee Rewards members must fulfill both qualifying criteria of minimum orders and minimum spend (in SGD) during the 6-month qualifying period to earn qualifying points for the respective membership tiers.

3. Shopee reserves the right to hold the issuance of qualifying points earned until the qualifying transactions, including payment and delivery, are complete. Qualifying points will only be earned from completed orders (orders received) and related spend from selected shops.

4. There will strictly be no qualifying points earned from returned, refunded, or cancelled orders.

5. Qualifying points cannot be earned from transactions on Digital Products and from transactions in the following shops:

  1. Shopee SG Official Store
  2. Shopee $1 Big Prize
  3. farmgame
  4. SG Seller Solutions Official Store
  5. Sgpaidads Official Store
  6. SG Voucher Pack

6. Qualifying points earned between 1 January to 30 June (both dates inclusive) in a calendar year shall qualify you for the applicable membership tier from 1 July to 31 December (both dates inclusive) of that same calendar year.

7. Qualifying points earned between 1 July to 31 December (both dates inclusive) in a calendar year shall qualify you for the applicable membership tier from 1 January to 30 June (both dates inclusive) in the next calendar year.

8. Upon expiration of your membership tenure in a particular tier and if you have not earned sufficient qualifying points to be retained in that tier, you shall be downgraded to the relevant membership tier.

9. The Shopee Rewards membership is non-transferable and shall be for personal use of the Shopee user only.


1. The tier eligibility period are broken into 2 time periods: [1 January – 30 June] and [1 July - 31 December).

2. The total points earned before the end of each period (30 June) or [31 December] will determine your tier for that period and the next period (6 months after current period). Here are some examples of tier eligibility:

  1. If you reach 25 completed orders and $1,000 spend on 15 November 2021, you will become a "Gold" member from 15 November to 30 June 2022.
  2. If you reach 15 completed orders and $250 spend on 4 January 2022, you will become a "Silver" member from 4 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
  3. If you are currently a “Platinum” member on 9 September 2021, and fulfilled 15 completed orders and $250 spend by the end of this time period [1 July 2021 – 31 December 2021), you will become a "Silver" member from 1 January 2022 – 30 June 2022.


1. Rewards must be used within their applicable validity period (Dates are clearly indicated on the awarded vouchers)

2. There will strictly be no extension of validity period for any Rewards.

3. Rewards are not redeemable for any cash nor are they exchangeable for other Rewards under any circumstances.

4. Rewards cannot be sold, resold, exchanged, or transferred for value under any circumstances.

5. Rewards shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances.

6. Shopee retains the right to reject any Reward that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable or remove privilege or usage if deemed to have been linked to fraudulent activities.

7. Shopee is not responsible for any accidental usage or cancellation of Rewards, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.


1. Shopee may suspend the calculation and accrual of qualifying points to rectify any errors in calculation or adjust the calculation as it reasonable deems fit without any prior notice or reason.

2. Fraud, abuse of redemptions or any dishonest activities related to the Shopee Rewards loyalty program may result in the forfeiture of accumulated qualifying points and tier Rewards as well as, demotion of your membership tier, cancellation of your membership in the Shopee Rewards loyalty program, or termination of your account.

3. To the extent as permitted by applicable laws, Shopee reserves the right at any time to change the following terms with prior notice to you at its sole discretion:

  1. Vary, modify, or amend the terms and conditions of the Shopee Rewards loyalty program (including adding or deleting of any terms)
  2. Terminate or modify the Shopee Rewards loyalty program
  3. Revoke, adjust and/or recalculate any qualifying points awarded
  4. Change the Rewards or substitute any Reward with another of a similar value
  5. Change the number of qualifying points that can be earned on spending on qualifying transactions
  6. Modify the qualifications and eligibility for earning qualifying points
  7. Modify the activities that earn qualifying points
  8. Modify the methods used to calculate the number of qualifying points to be awarded
  9. Withhold or cease the awarding of qualifying points to you
  10. Modify the qualifying points or other criteria for membership tier upgrades and renewals
  11. Change or withdraw any benefits related to a particular membership tier
  12. Change the duration taken for qualifying points to expire
