Shopee Xpress (SPX) Self-Collection is an initiative by Shopee’s own logistics service that lets buyers self-collect their SPX parcels from selected Collection Points at their convenience.

The available Collection Points are recommended based on your selected shipping address.

To choose Self-Collection as a shipping option, go to the Checkout page, select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > Standard Express Collection Point > Select a Collection Point > Verify address > Submit.

To choose another Collection Point, on the Checkout page, select Shipping Option > Select Self-Collection > Standard Express Collection Point > Choose another Collection Point > Enter address to search for Collection Points > Confirm > Submit.

For parcels collection, you will be notified to collect the parcel via Whatsapp/SMS and push notification. A PIN can be found in the Whatsapp/SMS or Order Details page on Shopee App. You will need to provide the PIN to collect your parcel.

To find your PIN in Shopee App you can go to Me tab > Select To Receive > Select your order > PIN code can be found in the details section

⚠️Note

If your parcel is not collected after 3 days, SPX will retrieve the parcel from the Collection Point.
