[ShopeePay] How do I withdraw funds from ShopeePay?

There are two types of sub-wallets in ShopeePay which are Transferable and Non-transferable balances.

 

The Transferable balance includes top-ups from PayNow, eGiro and local debit cards, Transfers and Angbao received from other ShopeePay users, and Refunds for previously made payments that were paid by payment channels other than ShopeePay wallet. Only Transferable balances are withdrawable. As of 9 November 2024, a nominal fee of $0.20 per withdrawal will be charged to cover bank processing costs. The withdrawal fee will be waived for bank transfers to MariBank.

 

The Non-transferable balance includes top-ups from credit card, foreign debit cards, and cashback.

 

Transferable Balance

 

Please ensure that you have added a bank account to your ShopeePay account, then you can proceed with self-withdrawal from the Transferable Balance by selecting Transfer to Bank > Add / Select existing bank account > Fill in withdrawal amount > Select Next > Select Transfer Now > Enter your ShopeePay PIN number.

  • Once you have submitted your withdrawal request from the Transferable Balance via ShopeePay, please note that it will take 1-3 working days to be processed.
  • Each withdrawal request will be reviewed individually, and ShopeePay reserves the right to refuse any request at any time and our sole discretion.

Withdrawal requests cannot be canceled once a request has been made.Non-Transferable Balance

  • Funds in the Non-Transferable Balance sub-wallet cannot be withdrawn.

If an error occurred during the withdrawal process, please try the following

  • If you see a pop-up message that says “Invalid bank account number”, please try restarting your Shopee App and verifying your bank account details again.
  • If you don't receive your funds within 1-3 working days, it may be due to these reasons:
  • Your bank account data is incorrect. Your ShopeePay funds withdrawal will be paused, and you'll be notified to remove the incorrect bank account details and add the correct ones.
  • You have made a transfer to the wrong bank account. If it is a non-existent account, the withdrawal will be canceled. However, if it goes to an existing account, but to the wrong recipient, you will have to contact your bank to retrieve the funds.
