Cashback vouchers allow you to receive cashback in the form of Shopee Coins, which can be used to offset the cost of your future orders.

For example, if you use a 15% Cashback voucher when making a $10 purchase, you will receive 150 Shopee Coins. This is equivalent to a cashback amount of $1.50 that you can use on your next purchase.

You can find and claim Cashback vouchers from the Cashback page on the Shopee App homepage by selecting Cashback > Claim.

View your claimed Cashback vouchers on the My Vouchers page. To use your Cashback voucher, select it when you're checking out your products.

⚠️Note

1. The Cashback shortcut icon title may change with different campaigns.
2. You can only use the Cashback vouchers on products with a Cashback banner.
3. Once you have claimed the voucher, use it as soon as possible before it is fully redeemed, as some vouchers may have limited redemption.

You will receive the Shopee Coins after your order is completed.
