Accessing Shopee Live

To access Shopee Live, scroll the Homepage Top Navigation bar and select the Shopee Live shortcut icon.

Discovering Shopee Live sessions

To find a Shopee Live session that you're interested in, you can scroll to view what's available on the Shopee Live page, or filter the sessions with the tabs Coming Soon, Below $5, Latest, or Replay.

You can also look out for Shopee Live sessions with the Shopee Coins, or other promotional labels.

How do I report a violation on Shopee Live?

If you come across a Shopee Live stream that you believe violates our Shopee Live policy, please report it to us. Your feedback is valuable in maintaining the quality of Shopee Live.

To report a Live session on Apps  :-

Step 1: Click on the Three-Dot Menu Icon during the Livestream session

Step 2: Click on the Report button 

Step 3: Select a Report Reason

Step 4: Fill out the Description section

Step 5: Click on Submit

Reports will typically be reviewed within 24 hours after submission.
 
2. Will I be informed about the status of my report? 
Yes, you will receive a notification through the Shopee app indicating whether your report has been accepted or rejected.
 
3. Why was my report rejected? 
Reports may be rejected if the content was assessed to not violate any Shopee’s policy or no sufficient details provided in the report.

 
Tip: When reporting, always select the correct violation reason and provide clear descriptions to avoid this.
 
4. Will the streamer know that I reported them? 
No, the streamer will not be notified about who submitted the report.
 
5. Can I submit another report for the same live stream? 
Yes, you can submit another report for the same live stream, but please ensure it’s necessary.
 
6. How can I report a livestream that promotes prohibited items? 
Tap the "Report" button during the livestream and select the appropriate reason.
 
7. What happens if my report is accepted? 
Shopee will take action based on its policies, which may include warnings,account bans, or other actions deemed necessary.
 
8. Can I edit or withdraw my report after submitting it? 
No, once a report is submitted, it cannot be edited or withdrawn.
 
9. What kinds of livestream content are prohibited? 
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: gambling, violence, nudity, and promoting prohibited items.
