- First, you need to set up your credit/debit card with Shopee to proceed with checkout for your order using Credit/Debit cards or top-up your ShopeePay balance.
- Consider using other payment options to check out your order if you don't have a valid credit/debit card.
Credit card installment/Instalment Payment Plan (IPP)
ShopeePay
- ShopeePay is a digital wallet within the Shopee App. You can use it to pay for both online and offline purchases once you’ve set up a ShopeePay account and top-up your ShopeePay balance.
- You can top up your ShopeePay balance with the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card
- PayNow
- eGIRO (Linked Bank Account)
PayNow
- PayNow is an electronic fund transfer service for transactions in Singapore Dollars. There are 9 participating banks in Singapore which are Bank of China, Citibank Singapore Limited, DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and United Overseas Bank.
- You can pay your order using PayNow or top-up your ShopeePay balance.
DBS PayLah
- DBS PayLah! is a mobile payment and wallet service offered by DBS Bank Ltd.
- You can link your Shopee account with DBS PayLah! account for Express Checkout for seamless future transactions on Shopee.
Google Pay
- Google Pay is a mobile wallet offered by Google, and only available for Android devices.
- You can select Google Pay when you check out on Shopee and tap on any payment options you’ve saved within your account.
Corporate billing
- Local government agency officers can add corporate billing as a payment option to streamline purchases of less than SGD 6,000 from Shopee. This is an initiative from Singapore’s Government Technology Agency (GovTech).
SPayLater
- Provided by SeaMoney Singapore Private Limited, SPayLater is a buy-now-pay-later payment option that enables users to convert Shopee purchases into monthly instalment plans.
eGIRO (Linked Bank Account)
Apple Pay
- Apple Pay offers a simple and secure way to make purchases on Shopee. To checkout on Shopee with Apple Pay, buyers would have to set up their Apple Pay by adding a credit or debit card to the Wallet app on their iPhone, Apple Watch, or other compatible devices.

Mari Savings Account Direct Debit (Linked Bank Account)
- Introducing the New Shopee Payment Method via MariBank, set to launch publicly for the year-end Mega campaigns. Customers can utilize this method for Shopee checkout or for wallet top-ups by linking their MSA account with a Shopee account.
- You may link their MSA account with Shopee via 5 entry points:

- Checkout
- ShopeePay Homepage
- ShopeePay Homepage Top-Up section
- MariBank App
- Shopee Me Page:-
- Click “Active Now”
- Select “Link Mari Saving Account”
- Direct to “Maribank Page”
- Click “Apply with MyInfo”
- Select “Link Mari Saving Account”
- Direct to “Maribank Page”
- Proceed with Shopee Payment or ShopeePay Top-Up
- Upon successful linkage, there will be a Notification.
- Unlink:-
- You will need to visit the MariBank app to unlink your MSA from the Shopee account or to link it to another Shopee account.
- For the refund process, once the refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method, MSA, within 24 hours, and you will receive a PN from Maribank regarding the successful refund. This applies to both full and partial refunds.
- If a refund fails due to reaching a limit, the refund will be credited offline to either the user's ShopeePay wallet or an alternative Bank Account.
