[Order Cancellation] Can I cancel my order?
Starting 18 November 2024, seller approval will no longer be required for order cancellations, provided the parcel has not yet been collected from the seller.
If you no longer want the parcel, you can submit a cancellation request following the steps below, and the refund will be credited back to you within 4 hours.
Steps to Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may only be instantaneously approved if the order was to be shipped by Shopee Supported Logistics.
For non-Shopee Supported Logistics and pre-order listings, seller approval is required for order cancellation, regardless of whether a shipment has been arranged.
Buyers will only be able to submit one cancellation request for every order and, if the request is withdrawn, they will not be able to request cancellation again for that same order.
If there are any issues with the order, the buyer may still request a Return/Refund once the parcel is delivered. Learn more about the process of raising a Return/Refund request here.
Instant Order Cancellation Exclusion List
For custom-made, made-to-order products, pre-orders, and the products listed below, the seller's approval will be required to cancel an order if the seller has already arranged for shipment.
