To search and purchase a flight ticket on Shopee App, follow these simple steps:

1. Launch your Shopee app > Select Me > Select Digital purchases > Select Flight
2. Select your destination, flight dates, and the number of passengers for the booking
3. Select Search to browse all the available flights.

⚠️ Note

i) Dates (Departure & Return)

1. Select departure dates within 365 days from today's date.
2. Toggle the Round-trip button to select the return date.
3. Choose the return dates within 180 days from the departure date.

ii) Number of Passenger(s)

1. Select the number of adults, children and infants for the booking.
2. Passengers are categorized as follows:
3. Adult: 12 years old and above
4. Child: between 2 to 11 years old
5. Infant: 2 years old and below
6. Infants must be at least 6 weeks old to board the flight and must either sit on an adult's lap or occupy an infant seat.
7. You can book for a maximum of 6 passengers per order.
8. You must have at least 1 adult to add child passengers.
9. You must have at least 1 adult for every infant passenger.

Use the filter functions below to ease your search process:

1. Sort By (to sort according to price, time, and flight duration)
2. Best Price (to show flights with the lowest price first)
3. Filter (to filter based on your preferred transit location, departure and arrival time, and flight duration)
4. Direct Only (to show direct flights only)

Select the Details of your preferred flight to expand and review the flight details. You will find the following information in the details tab:

Please read and understand the flight reschedule and refund policies before continuing to checkout as every flight and airline will have different policies.

To purchase your flight ticket(s), follow these steps:

1. Select your desired flight
2. Fill up your contact details and passenger details
3. Select Add More Baggage and add more weight if required
4. Select Checkout
5. Select your preferred payment option and complete your payment!

⚠️ Note

1. Contact details and passenger details must be filled to proceed to checkout.
2. Baggage options will only be available after passenger details are filled up.
3. Changing of booking details after checkout might incur additional charges. Hence, please ensure that your booking details are accurate before you proceed to checkout.
4. The flight price will be held for 100 minutes. Kindly checkout in time to avoid any disappointment.

Upon successful payment, click View Order Details. On the Order Details page, E-Ticket will be issued within 3 hours.
