Can I reschedule my flight?
If the flight is non-reschedulable, once the booking is confirmed, the flight ticket cannot be rescheduled. You can view the details of your ticket by following the steps below:
If the flight is reschedulable, you may request a reschedule by submitting the request to Shopee’s Customer Service at least 72 hours before the departure. Your request will be subject to the policies and approval of the applicable airline.
An administrative fee of SGD$18 (per person, per flight) will be charged by Airpaz for any rescheduling of a confirmed booking. The amount may vary depending on the applicable airline.
What happens if my flight is rescheduled by the airline?
If the airline reschedules your confirmed flight for a duration less than two (2) hours before or after your original scheduled departure time, you will not be allowed to request for a refund or reschedule in flight timing.
If the airline reschedules your confirmed flight for a duration more than two (2) hours before or after your original scheduled departure time, you will be allowed to request for a reschedule in flight timing subject to the following:
