To raise a return/refund request, you can easily do so through the Shopee App by following the provided steps.
Once your is refund approved, the refund amount will be credited to your Mari Savings Account within 24hrs.
This is the original payment method that you used during the checkout.
If, for some reason you did not receive the refund amount, it could be that your Mari Savings Account has reached the maximum deposit limit.
In such cases, you will not be able to receive the refund to your Mari Savings Account. But don't worry, we'll credit the refund to your ShopeePay wallet or another bank account of your choice.
