uParcel’s Default Authorized to Leave (ATL) for Perishable Items

Effective from May 2024 onward, uParcel will implement Default Authorized to Leave (ATL) for all perishable item deliveries, where parcels containing perishable items will be automatically left at a safe location of your choice (e.g., riser, shoe rack, doorstep, or designated area) if you are unavailable to receive the delivery.

Why Default Authorized to Leave (ATL)?

Perishable items are strictly non-returnable due to concerns about food safety and hygiene. With Default ATL, you can rest assured that your perishable items will be securely left at a designated location, awaiting collection upon your return.

How Does it Work?

Delivery agents will make sure your parcels are left securely. Upon picking up your order and heading out for delivery, you will receive a notification from uParcel. You will also get a photo confirmation when your parcel is delivered.

⚠️Note:

  • If you live in a private housing area with security checks, remember to inform them to allow delivery if you're not home.
