If you do not make full repayment by the due date stated in your SPayLater bill, a Late Payment Charge of $5 will be incurred for each month the payment is overdue. 

Concurrently, overdue users will have their SPayLater services suspended, resulting in the inability to checkout with SPayLater. For cases of prolonged repayment behaviour, overdue users may also sustain additional Shopee and/or SPayLater account restrictions.
