[Brand Memberships] How do I earn Brand Membership points?

You can earn points for the Brand Membership programme mainly by purchasing from the Shopee Mall shop offering the programme. Some Shopee Mall Brand Membership programmes also offer bonus points for new signups.


To earn points for a Brand Membership program, you can purchase from the Shopee Mall shop offering the program. Some Shopee Mall Brand Membership programs also offer bonus points for new signups.

 

Points are automatically added to your Brand Membership account when you complete an order from the Mall shop successfully. Orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded are not valid for points accumulation.

 

⚠️Note

  1. Points earned per dollar spent vary across different Mall shops.
  2. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned on.
  3. Products or SKUs covered by the Philippine Milk Code: Infant Milk (0-6 months), Follow-On Milk (6-12 months), and Toddler Milk (1-under 3 years) are not eligible to earn points.

 

You can view your current Brand Membership tier and the benefits by going to the Shop tab on a Shopee Mall shop page > View My Brand Membership > select tier.

  1. Points accumulated under a Brand Membership programme are non-transferable. Only the member who has earned the points can use it within the Mall shop where the points were earned.
  2. If you choose to quit the Brand Membership programme, all accumulated points, spending and earned tier will be forfeited. Any subsequent signups to the same Mall shop will be considered new applications, with accumulation of points and spending starting anew. However, bonus points for new members will not be rewarded to repeat signups.
  3. Any fraudulent behaviour observed will be strictly dealt with, and may result in termination from the Brand Membership programme, or of the user's Shopee account.
  4. Points earned are solely for redemption of the listed rewards and are non-exchangeable for cash.

 

Troubleshooting

Unexpected point changes

  1. If you observe unexpected changes in your Brand Membership points, it may be due to adjustments from Shopee to correct any calculation errors. For more information, you can contact Shopee Customer Service.

Membership points/status not updated

  1. If your membership points/status for Shopee Supermarket/other Mall shops are not updated, it may be due to these reasons:
  2. Orders contributing to your membership points or status upgrade are still incomplete. This includes orders undergoing a return/refund.
  3. Your purchases may fall under product categories ineligible for earning Brand Membership points. Review the terms again by selecting Membership Terms on the Tier Benefits page.

Refund of membership points

  1. It is possible to get a refund of your membership points if the order is cancelled or the gift is out of stock after you have made a redemption. To do so, you can contact our Live agent via chat feature on the Shopee App by going to the Me tab > Chat with Shopee.
