To find the Order ID for your purchase, open the Shopee App and go to the Me tab > Select To Pay, To Ship, To Receive or To Rate > Select the order > Scroll down to the bottom to find your Order ID. If you need to share your Order ID with someone, you can select COPY.

⚠️ Note

You may need to provide your Order ID during certain situations, such as when reaching out to sellers or Shopee Customer Service for cancellations, returns or refunds.
