To unsubscribe from receiving Shopee promotional updates, kindly refer to the steps below.

Shopee App:

Go to the Me tab via Shopee App > Select the ⚙ Setting icon > Select Notification Settings > Select Email Notifications > Select disable the toggle for Promotions > OK.

Shopee Web:

Login into https://shopee.sg > Select Notifications on the top > Select Edit profile in the left panel > Select Notification Settings > On Promotions, disable the option.

Unsubscribing from Shopee promotional updates means you will no longer receive the latest updates on campaigns and events from Shopee via email.
