Shopee Members Club is a loyalty program where Shopee-registered buyers may be able to enjoy benefits based on their achievement of specified qualifying criteria as described in these Shopee Members Club Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions supplement the Terms of Service and the other Shopee Policies, of which these Terms and Conditions forms a part – please read the Terms of Service and the other Shopee Policies available on the Site as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. Any terms that are used in these Terms and Conditions that are not defined here will have the meanings given to such terms in the Terms of Service and/or the applicable Shopee Policy. All terms and conditions described in these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at Shopee’s discretion pursuant to the Terms of Service.

MEMBERS ELIGIBILITY

1. Shopee Members Club offers 4 membership tiers as follows: "Classic”, “Silver”, “Gold” and “Platinum". The names of such tiers may be amended by Shopee at its sole discretion.

1. Shopee users must fulfil both qualifying criteria (as stated on Shopee and as may be revised by us from time to time) of minimum orders and minimum spend (in SGD) during the 6-month qualifying period to earn qualifying points for the respective membership tiers.

1. Shopee reserves the right to hold the issuance of qualifying points earned until the qualifying transactions, including payment and delivery, are complete. Qualifying points will only be earned from completed orders (orders received) and related spend from selected shops.

1. There will strictly be no qualifying points earned from returned, refunded, (partial or full), or cancelled orders.
2. Transactions from the following types of purchases, games, and shops do not count towards your Shopee Members Club amount spent and credits:
3. Digital products
4. Shopee Farm game
5. Shopee SG Official Store
6. SG Seller Solutions Official Store
7. Sgpaidads Official Store
8. Shopee $1 Big Prize
9. Partial refund or full refund
10. Any other transactions as may be notified by Shopee from time to time

1. Qualifying points earned between 1 January to 30 June (both dates inclusive) in a calendar year shall qualify you for the applicable membership tier from 1 July to 31 December (both dates inclusive) of that same calendar year.
2. Qualifying points earned between 1 July to 31 December (both dates inclusive) in a calendar year shall qualify you for the applicable membership tier from 1 January to 30 June (both dates inclusive) in the next calendar year.
3. Upon expiration of your membership tenure in a particular tier and if you have not earned sufficient qualifying points to be retained in that tier, you shall be downgraded to the relevant membership tier.
4. Shopee Members Club membership is non-transferable and shall be for personal use of the Shopee user only.

TIER ELIGIBILITY

1.  The tier eligibility period is broken into 2 time periods for each calendar year: (1 January – 30 June) and (1 July - 31 December).
2. The total points earned before the end of each period (30 June) or (31 December) will determine your tier for that period and the next period (6 months after the current period). Here are some examples of tier eligibility: a. If you reach 25 completed orders and $1,000 spend on 15 November 2021, you will become a "Gold" member from 15 November 2021 to 30 June 2022. b. If you reach 15 completed orders and $250 spend on 4 January 2022, you will become a "Silver" member from 4 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. c. If you are currently a Platinum member on 9 September 2021, and fulfilled 15 completed orders and $250 spend by the end of this time period (1 July 2021 – 31 December 2021), you will downgrade from Platinum member to a Silver member from 1 January 2022 – 30 June 2022.

TIER VOUCHERS

1. Users who qualify for certain membership tiers may be eligible to claim vouchers from time to time (as may be specified by Shopee from time to time) (“Vouchers”).
2. Vouchers are available to use on a first-come-first-served basis only and usage limit may change from time to time on a discretionary basis.
3. Vouchers must be used within their applicable validity period.
4. There will strictly be no extension of validity period for any Vouchers.
5. Vouchers are not redeemable for any cash nor are they exchangeable for other rewards under any circumstances.
6. Vouchers cannot be sold, resold, exchanged, or transferred for value under any circumstances.
7. Vouchers shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances.
8. Shopee retains the right to (i) reject any Vouchers that have been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable or remove privilege or usage if deemed to have been linked to fraudulent activities, and (ii) prescribe additional terms and/or conditions in respect of any Vouchers (including changing or introducing any new benefit mechanics and/or qualification criteria) from time to time at its sole discretion.
9. Shopee is not responsible for any accidental usage or cancellation of Vouchers, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Shopee may suspend the calculation and accrual of qualifying points to rectify any errors in calculation or adjust the calculation as it reasonably deems fit without any prior notice or reason.
2. Fraud, abuse of redemptions or any dishonest activities related to the Shopee Members Club may result in the forfeiture of accumulated qualifying points and Tier Vouchers as well as, demotion of your membership tier, cancellation of your membership in the Shopee Members Club, or termination of your account.
3. Shopee may, from time to time, provide other benefits to users within particular membership tiers at its sole discretion, and such benefits shall be subject to such Terms and Conditions as Shopee may prescribe.
4. To the extent as permitted by applicable laws, Shopee reserves the right at any time to change the following terms without prior notice to you at its sole discretion: a. Vary, modify, or amend the provisions of these Shopee Members Club Terms and Conditions (including adding or deleting of any terms). Your continued use of the Shopee platform after any such amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Shopee Members Club Terms and Conditions b. Terminate or modify the Shopee Members Club program c. Revoke, adjust and/or recalculate any qualifying points awarded d. Change the Vouchers or substitute any Vouchers with another of a similar value e. Change the number of qualifying points that can be earned on spending on qualifying transactions f. Modify the qualifications and eligibility for earning qualifying points g. Modify the activities that earn qualifying points h. Modify the methods used to calculate the number of qualifying points to be awarded i. Withhold or cease the awarding of qualifying points to you  j. Modify the qualifying points or other criteria for membership tier upgrades and renewals k. Change or withdraw any benefits related to a particular membership tier l. Change the duration taken for qualifying points to expire
